Introduction

Our Lady and St Illtyd in Llantwit Major was completed by July 1965, designed by T. G. Price and built by C. Williams.

Notable features

The altar stone came from ruined Ham House, linking the church to Llantwit Major’s earlier post-Reformation Mass there. The Ladies Guild provided a public address and loop system for the Llantwit church. The Ladies Guild restored the Grotto at Our Lady and St Illtyd.
