Our Lady Queen of Heaven

Music and liturgy

The choir warmly welcomes new members of all ages and abilities as singers or instrumentalists, whether regularly or occasionally. The parish aims to have several volunteers for each of the weekend's Masses so that each volunteer only needs to prepare and present once a month.

Parish life

The Parish Charities Committee meets four times a year to review appeals. A report is published annually detailing the charities supported and amounts collected.

Preparation for the Sacrament of the Eucharist is offered to children in Year 3 at primary school. For a child to be accepted onto the First Holy Communion programme, at least one parent must be a practising Catholic and the family must attend Mass at the church. The church stands at 111 Portsmouth Road, Frimley, opposite Frimley Park Hospital.

Sacraments and pastoral care

Couples planning to marry in the church should give at least one year's notice in this Diocese. Couples are encouraged to take part in a pre-marriage course either in this parish or elsewhere.
