Church of Our Lady and St. Neot, Liskeard is a Roman Catholic church in Liskeard, Cornwall. It is part of the Diocese of Plymouth.
Introduction
Father Marc Oleron was saying Mass two years after 1843 in Liskeard's newly acquired West Street house. A hall made from part of the newly acquired West Street house in Liskeard was used as a chapel on Sundays.
Parish life
A teddy bear's picnic at Buckfast Abbey in July 2025 was attended by twenty-four people from Liskeard, Sclerder Abbey and Saltash. The Mayor of Liskeard and town councillors visited the church and connected with parishioners after Sunday Mass. After completing the RCIA course, two members of the church family, Jackie and Oliver, were confirmed.
Visiting
Visitors to the church can use wheelchair access, a hearing aid loop, and guide dog access. The church building dates from 1863, designed by Joseph Hansom. In 1948 the church was extended over the site of the original priest's house, when today's sanctuary was built. The church's Holy Water Stoup features a face with a water spout, claimed in the 1889 Kelly's Directory to have originated from the Holy Well at St Cleer. The church displays an icon specially painted to honour Our Lady of Liskeard in the St Neot Room.
