About St Stanislaus Kostka
St Stanislaus Kostka is a Roman Catholic church in Coventry, West Midlands. It is part of the Archdiocese of Birmingham.
Parish life
In 1991 the choir performed a carol concert on the BBC Coventry & Warwickshire programme Poles Apart. For years the choir was a male choir conducted by Józef Deręgowski, later succeeded by Zenon Woźniak. Senza Nome began as a quartet and has grown to over 20 singers from Birmingham, Coventry, Leamington Spa and Rugby. Senza Nome is a member of the Coventry Association For International Friendship, and its conductor sits on the CAIF board.
The altar servers group numbers about 30 boys and girls in Coventry, about eight in Rugby and four in Leamington Spa. Since 2010, Senza Nome has regularly organized several concerts a year, inviting other choirs and ensembles.
