About St. Paul the Apostle

St. Paul the Apostle is a Roman Catholic church in Tintagel, Cornwall. It is part of the Diocese of Plymouth.

Introduction

In the early fifties a canon agreed to return to a parish in Buckinghamshire. An OSB monk of Buckfast Abbey directed the making of the windows.

In the early years, a retired priest walked miles daily to visit lapsed Catholics in the area. A bequest from Robert and Daisy Lund, who had resided in Tintagel, made the building of the church possible.
